Welcome to Liravon, operating at domain liravon.top. We offer real estate transaction processing services designed to facilitate documentation, verification, and record management for property stakeholders.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
3. Services Overview
Liravon provides a range of services including document preparation, title review, and closing coordination for property matters. Our office is located at 30 Bayfront Avenue, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore 018956, Singapore. Business ID: S7200563A.
4. Fees and Payment
Clients are responsible for submitting the required fees prior to commencement of any service. Payment details will be provided in the service agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as described in Section 5.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refunds for Services
Service refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service agreement date. If no substantive work has begun, Liravon will issue a full refund of fees via the original payment method. Clients may opt to transfer service delivery to an alternate date within 6 months at no additional cost. If work has commenced or resources have been allocated, no refund will be issued due to commitments made in scheduling and staffing.
5.2 Refunds for Information Products
Clients may request a refund for downloadable guides or training materials within 14 days of download, provided the content remains unused and unaccessed. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Transfers of information products to another offering are not available.
5.3 Refunds for Goods
Defective or incorrect goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with packaging intact. Upon receipt and inspection, Liravon will issue a refund of the product fees to the original payment method. Clients may request an interaction in lieu of a refund. Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility unless the goods are defective.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liravon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential effects arising from service use. Our total liability for direct loss shall not exceed the fees paid for the affected service.
